Recipe: Brisket BBQ Rub

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup coarse black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Rub the mixture generously over the entire surface of the brisket, making sure to cover every inch.
