We chose to partner with Pheasant & Co. because they build with soul, using pressure-treated softwood and oak that holds its ground through wind, rain, and time. Most small timber shelters fall under permitted development, but always check with your local council especially if your build is tall, near boundaries, or in a conservation area. We’re happy to advise prior to order.

Absolutely — Pheasant & Co frames are designed for flexibility. Add canvas, slats, panels, full cladding or even a hit and miss scaffold board finish at any time. there is full scope to use your imagination and our contact form is ideal for planning staged upgrades.

Pressure treated softwood can last 5+ years before touching up. Oiled oak ages beautifully with minimal input. For longer life, clean yearly and re-apply wood care oil or exterior grade sealant.
