Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

When you place an order, we’ll reserve funds on your card (pre-authorisation) but won’t charge it until we confirm availability. If any items are back-ordered, we’ll release the hold and reach out to you.

Dispatch & Delivery Timing

  • In-stock items: charged immediately and dispatched within 5 working days.
  • You’ll get tracking info by email within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • If you don’t receive tracking within 6 working days, please reach out—email or chat works.

Content note: Made-to-order items (like Firepit Co. units) may have longer lead times as listed on the product page. We'll always give you an ETA before finalising payment.

Inspecting for Damage

Please inspect deliveries before signing. If anything’s smashed, reject the delivery or send us photos at info@warriorgarden.co.uk so we can sort out a claim fast.

Cancellations & Refunds

You can cancel within 48 hours of ordering with no penalty. After that, cancellations may incur fees—especially if your order is already with the courier. Any returns are at your expense and refunded to the original payment method only.

  • Orders to the Highlands, Islands, or remote UK areas may incur extra fees or longer delivery—just send us your postcode.
