A chapa is a traditional flat iron griddle, rooted in Argentinian cooking. Whether grid or plate, the chapa is designed for open-fire use — tough, versatile, and communal. It turns any flame into a feast.
Pre-seasoned with natural flax oil, this barbecue chapa resists corrosion and develops a natural non-stick finish over time. Its detachable legs make it easy to assemble, transport, and store, while the heavy-duty black iron build ensures strength and durability at high heat.
