A compact barbecue chapa designed specifically for outdoor and pizza ovens. At 12" (30 cm), this heavy-duty iron grid sits low over the embers on short 3" (8 cm) legs, making it ideal for roasting, grilling, and searing inside ovens or over open fire.
A chapa is a traditional flat iron griddle, rooted in Argentinian Gaucho cooking. Whether grid or plate, the chapa is designed for use directly over fire — tough, versatile, and communal. It turns any flame into a feast.
Pre-seasoned with natural flax oil, this 12" barbecue chapa resists corrosion, develops natural non-stick, and is built to withstand extreme heat. The short legs make it perfect for pizza ovens or tight fire pits, while still being detachable for easy storage and transport.
