Each oak beam is precision-cut, pre-drilled, and ready for simple assembly using the included fixings. You just bring the roof and the fire — the rest is built to last a lifetime.

Delivery  
All Pheasant & Co products are handmade to order and typically dispatched within **15 working days. Each kit arrives flat‑packed on a pallet, ready for straightforward self‑assembly. Due to its size and weight, please ensure suitable access for unloading or have a couple of helpers on hand.  
Pro Tip: Oak is a heavyweight material — be sure you’ve got solid ground and strong arms for the job.
