Delivery

All Pheasant & Co products are handmade to order and typically dispatched within 15 working days. Each kit arrives flat-packed on a pallet, ready for straightforward self-assembly. Due to the size and weight of the timber frame, please ensure suitable access for unloading and have sufficient help available on delivery.

Pro Tip: have two strong pairs of hands available before the kit arrives. These timber frames are solid, and preparation will make the build smoother.
