15″ Black Iron Barbecue Chapa

A 15" (38 cm) black iron barbecue chapa built for fire cooking with authentic flavour. Inspired by the Argentinian Gauchos, this portable iron grid is made for cooking directly over flames or charcoal, giving food the seared lines and smoky taste only live fire delivers. 

A chapa is a traditional flat iron griddle, rooted in Argentinian cooking. Whether grid or plate, the chapa is designed for open-fire use — tough, versatile, and communal. It turns any flame into a feast.

Hand-forged in Shropshire and pre-seasoned with natural flax oil, this barbecue chapa resists corrosion, develops natural non-stick, and is built to withstand high heat. Its detachable legs make it simple to set up, transport, and store, while the heavy-duty iron construction ensures durability for decades of cooking.
