Hand-spun in Shropshire from 99.1% pure iron and pre-seasoned with edible flax oil, this multi-functional unit lets you hot smoke meat, fish, cheese, and vegetables — right on your hob or open flame.

Whether you're infusing duck breast with oak-smoke richness or slow-roasting a stew over embers, this is cookware you can trust at any temperature. The casserole bowl doubles as a roaster, steamer, and pudding tin. The smoke tray and chip pan allow for custom woodchip blends. The set even includes locally-sourced oak chips to get you started.
