Due to the size and weight of the oak frame, please ensure suitable access for unloading and have sufficient help available on delivery.

Pro Tip: oak is a heavyweight material. Prepare level ground, plan the route from delivery point to build site, and make sure you have the manpower and tools needed before assembly begins.
