Train Safe!

Train Safe. Build With Purpose.

Your Garden Gym isn’t just equipment — it’s an extension of your environment, your routine, and your responsibility. Whether you’re building it with your own hands or stepping into it post-installation, every part of this rig demands respect.

Training should elevate you. But without caution, knowledge, and care — it can cause harm. This page exists to prevent that.

Before You Begin

  • Medical clearance is non-negotiable. Speak with your doctor before starting any new training regime — especially if you’re returning from injury or managing a condition.

  • DIY installation is a skill-building opportunity, not a shortcut. Follow all instructions carefully. Allow full curing time for post-mix concrete. Strength begins with a stable foundation — literally.

  • You’ll receive user instructions after delivery. Read them in full. Familiarity isn’t the same as understanding.

When You Train

  • Remove jewellery, watches, or loose items that could snag or distract. Wear fitted training gear and keep your focus sharp.

  • Always warm up. Cold joints and stiff muscles increase your risk of injury. Preparation is part of the process.

  • Supervise children closely. These rigs are not toys or climbing frames. Only adults familiar with safe calisthenics should demonstrate or instruct.

  • Do not alter or modify the equipment. Every bar and fitting has been tested and engineered for a specific purpose. Leave it intact.

  • Inspect your setup regularly. Check bolts, fittings, and timber. Environmental wear is natural — regular checks help prevent failure.

What This Equipment Is — and Isn’t

Garden Gym rigs are designed for functional outdoor training. They are not jungle gyms, obstacle courses, or play structures. Misusing them for unintended activity increases the risk of serious injury and voids any implied safety expectations.

By using this equipment, you accept full responsibility for your actions — in both installation and use. Garden Gym Ltd. disclaims all liability for injuries resulting from misuse, improper installation, or neglect.
