Delivery & Returns

General Delivery (All Brands)

  • Territory: UK-only at present.
  • Dispatch & Lead Times: Vary by brand and product (see brand sections below).
  • Heavy/Palletized Items: Kerbside delivery; ensure clear access for large vehicles.
  • Missed Delivery/Redelivery: May incur charges from the carrier (varies by brand/carrier).
  • Remote Areas & Surcharges: Highlands/Islands/NI/Channel Isles may attract surcharges and longer lead times — share your postcode and item for a quote.
  • Damages on Delivery: Inspect on arrival; note damage on the driver’s paperwork (POD) and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • Order Changes/Cancellations: Tell us ASAP with your order number. Made-to-order items may be non-cancelable once production starts.
  • Returns: Many made-to-order or custom items are not returnable unless faulty. For eligible returns, items must be unused and in original packaging. Ask us with your order number for the correct returns address and RMA steps.

Brand-by-Brand Delivery Guidance

The Firepit Company

All Firepit Co. products are made to order and come with a 4–6 week delivery time frame. Shipping costs £100 per pallet to mainland UK. 1 unit of each item will require a pallet for shipping. The Firepit Company will contact you post-purchase to arrange delivery.

Baltic Hot Tubs & Wellness Units

  • Lead time: TBC (typically 4–6 weeks) — confirm current schedule before ordering large builds.
  • Delivery: Kerbside pallet delivery; clear access required.
  • Site Prep/Installation: Customer-arranged. We can advise on best practices; we don’t provide installation.

Igneus & Clementi (Wood-Fired Ovens)

  • Lead time & stock: TBC (varies by model/finish).
  • Delivery: Palletized for ovens; accessories may ship by parcel courier.
  • Notes: Check doorway/access widths; pallet drop is kerbside.

Netherton Foundry (Cookware)

  • Lead time: TBC (generally short dispatch for in-stock items).
  • Delivery: Small parcel courier with tracking.
  • Notes: Items may arrive pre-seasoned — see care section below.

Stalwart Crafts (Leather Aprons)

  • Lead time: TBC (depends on stock/finish).
  • Delivery: Small parcel courier.

TATSCO — The Axe Throwing Supply Company

  • Delivery: TBC (specialist delivery may be required for bulk target boards/lane builds).

Pheasant & Co. (Timber Frames & Canopies)

  • Lead time: TBC (made to order).

  • Notes: Large timber requires two-person+ handling on site.

Brass Monkey (Ice Baths & Chillers)
