Originally created for chef Henry Eldon to cook bouillabaisse for 60 guests at Valley Fest, this pan has since become an icon of large-scale live fire cooking. Hand-spun from 99.1% pure iron, the pan is pre-seasoned with flax oil for a natural non-stick finish that only improves with use. Paired with the six-legged black iron stand, it’s a complete setup made to last a lifetime.
