With a 30cm x 40cm stone cooking area, the Minimo can cook one 12" pizza or one small roasting tray, making it useful for pizza, roasted vegetables, small joints, breads, baked dishes, and simple fire-led meals. It reaches around 400°C in approximately 10–15 minutes when fired correctly, with pizza cooking times of around 60–80 seconds once at temperature.
The stainless steel and powder-coated aluminium construction keeps the oven durable while the detachable chimney makes storage and transport easier. Use it in the garden, take it to camp, or build it into a compact outdoor cooking setup with optional Igneus accessories.
