The Netherton Foundry 24" Black Iron Split BBQ & Griddle Chapa is a serious open-fire cooking setup for those who want both flat-top griddle cooking and direct barbecue grilling in one heavy-duty system.

Two semi-circular chapas pair together to form a large 24" / 60cm outdoor cooking surface. One half is a solid black iron griddle plate for eggs, pancakes, flatbreads, vegetables, smash burgers, and smaller foods that would fall through a grid. The other half is a barbecue grid for steaks, burgers, sausages, fish, vegetables, and proper chargrilled flavour over open fire or charcoal embers.

The split design gives you more control around the fire. You can griddle at high heat on one side while keeping food warm on the other, separate meat from vegetarian dishes, or move one half aside during cooking to add fuel, rake embers, or manage heat zones without lifting the full cooking surface.

Pre-seasoned with edible Sussex flax oil, built from heavy-duty 6mm black iron, and finished with brass rivets and wingnuts, this is a rugged fire-cooking tool for garden feasts, camps, beach cooking, fire bowls, and long evenings around flame.
